The mission of the “Rubizh” Brigade, ongoing for the past nine months, has been to prevent the enemy from breaking through toward Dobropillia.
In late summer 2025, the brigade was redeployed to the Pokrovsʼk sector, had achieved some success and were pushing toward Ukrainian towns. Over the following nine months, Rubizh, together with units of the 1st NGU Corps “Azov,” halted the enemy’s advance and prevented Russian forces from pushing deeper toward Dobropillia, Rodyns’ke, and several other settlements.
Our soldiers successfully exhausted the enemy, repelled dozens of large-scale mechanized assaults, conducted effective clearing operations in populated areas, disrupted Russian logistics, and thwarted their plans to establish staging and supply hubs in the coal mines of Donets’k region. As a result, for more than six months our warriors have been stopping enemy infiltration attempts, capturing Russian soldiers, and destroying their armor and drones.
